The renovation touched every corner of the house. The kitchen and four bathrooms were modernized, and the fixed furniture and interior finishes were completely renewed. The oil heating system was replaced with a heat pump, while all electrical and plumbing installations were upgraded. The north buried wall was stabilized to ensure comfort and durability. Special attention was given to the entrance, the hallway, the stairs, the living room, and the kitchen, reimagining the flow and experience of the spaces while respecting the villa’s historic character. The result is a harmonious balance between past and present, where every detail contributes to a warm and functional atmosphere for its residents.
